All Qingdao Luhang inflatable airbags are manufactured and tested in strict accordance with ISO 14409:2011 (Ships and Marine Technology - Ship Launching Airbags). For technical details, refer to ISO 17682:2013 (Methodology for Ship Launching Utilizing Air Bags).
Our airbags feature a robust structure of outer rubber layers, multi-layer synthetic tire cord layers, and inner rubber layers, vulcanized to perfection. Additional cord layers reinforce the shoulder ends for superior strength.
Reinforcement Core: Made of rubber-coated synthetic tire cord fabrics, layered at ideal angles using our patented "Holistic Wrapping Technology" to evenly distribute stress and withstand internal pressure.

Our inflatable airbags are cylindrical with conical ends and air inlet fittings, categorized by bearing capacity into three types:
QP (Ordinary): 3-5 cord layers for standard loads.
QG (High-Bearing): 6-8 cord layers for heavy-duty applications.
