Inner Rubber Layer: Made of natural rubber with a high gum content (over 53%), its primary function is to seal the air inside the fender, ensuring airtightness and preventing significant pressure loss during long - term use and under compression.
Outer Rubber Layer: Also made of natural rubber, it has high elasticity and wear resistance, protecting the inner layer and synthetic cord layer from external forces and harsh weather.
Synthetic Cord Layer: Constructed with synthetic cord fabric, it has better anti - aging and pressure - resistant properties compared to synthetic canvas and belts, enhancing the fender's overall strength and durability.
Tire Belt and Net: The outer surface of the fender is covered with a tire chain - like net, which is made by splicing multiple pieces through mold pressing. This net protects the fender's body from being punctured, scratched, or damaged by sharp objects, prolonging its service life.
Valve and Safety Valve: The valve is used to inflate and deflate the fender. The safety valve is installed on fenders with a diameter of over 5m. When the air pressure inside the fender exceeds the load, the safety valve releases the excess air to prevent the fender from bursting.
Connecting Parts: Used to connect the fender to the ship or dock, ensuring stable installation and reliable connection.
