Characteristics of Foam-filled Buoys (Core Advantages of Filled Foam)
The foam-filled buoys / fenders, due to their high elasticity after expansion, ensure high energy absorption and low reaction force. They are entirely made of closed-cell foam, which can guarantee unsinkability even when damaged by breaking, rupturing or shearing after hitting rough vessel sides. Since the material is closed-cell foam, it can prevent water from entering.

The SPUA-coated skin has unsurpassed strength. The skin is wrapped in a helical pattern and integrated into itself. This advanced technological process makes the skin of the foam-filled marine buoys / fenders extremely durable under all weather conditions, external forces and marine environments. Polyurea is spray-applied to the foam-filled marine buoys / fenders, creating a high-quality and homogeneous skin matrix that combines extreme wear resistance, non-marking properties and the option of high-visibility colors.

Marine Mooring Buoy
The same construction method used to produce luhang floating foam fenders are used to produce Mooring Buoys. Resilient closed cell polyethylene foam is thermolaminated around a central tubular steel frame forming a flexible, impact resistant flotation core. The foam core is then coated in a high performance elastomer skin and two flanges are welded in position to secure the foam core firmly in place.
