Pneumatic Rubber Marine Fender is manufactured with pure inner rubber layers and middle reinforced synthetic tire cords layers and outer heavy duty rubber layers coated. Finally equipped with tire nets and chains, shackles before delivery, in inflated or deflated status. Yokohama pneumatic rubber fenders are divided into two types according to pneumatic fenders initial pressure which are pressure of 50 kPa and 80 kPa. Different pressures perform different energy absorption and reaction force of Yokohama fenders for barges and ships.
1.Tailored Rubber Formula
Our company boasts 30 years of expertise in rubber formulation. Our formulators meticulously adjust the formula in accordance with the season and humidity. During summer, the proportion of carbon black and other materials is increased to ensure the cushioning performance and wear resistance of the fender remain intact. Every time the formula is adjusted, the rubber performance is tested. Even when the formula remains unchanged, the rubber performance is evaluated every seven days. Unlike other manufacturers, our company never uses recycled rubber for airbags. Instead, we exclusively utilize high-quality natural rubber, butadiene rubber, and styrene-butadiene rubber.
