General Introduction of Pneumatic Marine Fender For Different Tide Levels

Products Structure
The fender body consists of an inner rubber layer , reinforced cord layers, and an outer rubber layer. These layers are expertly fused together through vulcanization. The outer rubber layer is specially formulated to endure harsh conditions and safeguard the cord layers and inner rubber from abrasion. The synthetic cord layers are strategically placed to evenly distribute weight and stress , ensuring the fender maintains its internal air pressure . The inner rubber compound is airtight , similar to a car tire's inner tube , preventing air leakage.

How To Install Pneumatic Rubber Fender?
1.Fix the lifting rope to the swivels on the fender's chain lugs
2.Lift the fender well clear of the ground and any projections.
3.Lowering the fender into position
4.Connect the chains to the fender's chain lugs.
5.Lower the fender to the water.
6.Fix the chains to the anchors on the quay wall.
